Baunatal receives boys and girls of different countries to introduce them in the world of the modern art, thanks to the exhibition dOCUMENTA, the biggest exposition of modern art of the world.

DOCUMENTA (13) is dedicated to the artistic imagination, to explore the subject, things, personification and active life in connection with but not subordinate to, theory and is driven by a holistic and non-logocentric that is skeptical of the persistent belief in economic growth.The documentation (13) involves more than 300 people, and it is presented in eight main locations, with many other projects around the city center of Kassel.

Theater Workshop played a performance

Yesterday, six young people played a performance which was called ”24 hours” where they showed a typical day in their country. That means in France, Germany and Spain. The performance was about what they do every hour. For example have a party, read a book and so on. Now this workshop is official part of the dOCUMENTA(13). You find it here.

Visiting the dOCUMENTA

The 7th august we visited  the dOCUMENTA in Kassel and here are some different points of view from the people. Some people found the dOCUMENTA was boring , to long… But some people thought it was very interesting and they were realy happy to saw that.

1st day! Welcome 06/08/2012

The dOCUMENTA camp sought to join the countries partners of the Baunatal city and provide Fun and culture, through the documents, for everyone. The first to arrive were the people to prepare Baunatal welcome, followed by Tschechen after Sangerhausen the Germans, the French and finally the Spanish.

For most, the first day was a little tiring because of the long journey, so it was a good day but don’t have  lot emotions.
